In August 2026, Evolve Sports Management successfully delivered the DHL Olympics Summer Event, a large-scale corporate sports and family day designed to bring DHL employees and their families together through a unique mix of sports, entertainment, and interactive experiences.
Held at Life Sports Club in New Cairo, the event welcomed around 1,000 DHL employees and family members, creating a vibrant environment centered around teamwork, wellbeing, engagement, and family entertainment. Inspired by the spirit of the Olympic Games, participants took part in a variety of sports competitions, team challenges, interactive activities, and entertainment experiences, creating opportunities for employees and their families to connect beyond the workplace.
Evolve managed the event end-to-end, covering concept development, event planning, sports management, production, branding, logistics, partner and activation management, and on-ground execution. The event also provided an engaging platform for brand partners to connect with attendees through dedicated activations, interactive experiences, and product sampling.
